Complete verification when prompted
Have your government-issued ID and a camera ready. Follow the identity checks shown in the app. Fiat receiving details and card issuance require verification.See Identity verification for help continuing or restarting a check.

Add money
Open Add money. For a bank deposit, choose USD or EUR and copy the current account details and reference exactly. For crypto, choose the asset and network shown, then copy your personal wallet address.See Deposits.

Make a transfer
Open Send on web or Pay in the mobile app. For a bank transfer, choose the receiving currency, recipient and amount. Review the live quote, then explicitly confirm the payment from your wallet.See Send money.

Explore your profile
Open your avatar for your inbox, statements, personal details, other accounts and Security and privacy. Back up your EVM and Solana private keys through the secure wallet export flow.
The mobile tabs are Home, Pay, Swap, and Recipients. Card availability is separate from opening your account; see Cards.
