Business accounts provide entity-level structure (so you can hold multiple companies under one admin), team workflows (roles, permissions, approval flows), and operations features (payroll, treasury, vendor payments, corporate cards). Business entity vaults and approval controls are unchanged in v0.35. Personal accounts use separate Privy embedded wallets. Regulated financial services are provided by licensed partners.

Available workflows

  • Manage multiple entities. Subsidiaries, holdcos, special-purpose vehicles, side projects. All under one signed-in user. Switch contexts in the dashboard with one tap.
  • Bank receiving details where enabled for the entity. Current fiat deposits support USD ACH/wire and EUR SEPA through Noah.
  • Corporate Visa cards, where available. Set daily and monthly limits when supported by the issuing partner. Confirm the saved limits and card status in the app.
  • Payroll. Upload and validate a run, then execute through the flow available to your entity. USDC and bank payments depend on enabled routes.
  • Vault approvals. Configure signers and the required signatures for business transfers.
  • Activity records. Review recorded transactions and their status.

How verification works for businesses

Business accounts require KYB (Know Your Business). Follow the provider’s identity-check requirements for beneficial owners and controllers. Prepare the information requested by the verification provider:
  • Legal name and registration number of the entity.
  • Country of incorporation.
  • Beneficial-owner and controller details required by the provider.
  • A short description of the business.
Verification time depends on the provider, entity and documents required. See Identity verification for what each individual needs to provide.

Pricing

Review the rate and fee before confirming a payment. Transfer fees are published per rail and quoted with the transfer, before you confirm it. Full pricing at glide.co/pricing.

Compliance for crypto-native businesses

Service availability depends on your business and partner requirements. Glide provides:
  • Account support for questions about your business setup.
  • Activity records for reviewing your business payments.
  • Partner-provided services. Fiat follows the relevant banking or EMI partner’s custody and deposit-protection rules. Glide is not a bank, and crypto balances are not deposit-insured.
