Visa cards

Card access and features depend on your account, verification and the issuing partner.

Glide’s card product is a Visa card. Card issuance and use are subject to the issuing partner’s eligibility, terms and availability.

Availability in v0.35

The mobile app’s bottom tabs are Home, Pay, Swap, and Recipients. The former consumer card page and home card promotion have been removed. Opening a personal account does not guarantee that a card is available to order.

If card management is available in your web dashboard, use the card options shown there. Complete verification when prompted and review the terms and fees before requesting a card.

Existing cards

Use the available card controls to review activity and freeze or unfreeze a card. Check that the updated status appears before relying on the change. Contact [e-mail] if you cannot access an existing card or need help with a charge.

Fees and conversion

Check the issuing partner’s terms and Glide pricing. Do not assume that every card has the same limits, delivery options, conversion rate or fees.
