Recipients brings your saved bank recipients and contacts together. It replaces Beneficiaries in the consumer navigation on web and mobile.

Find a recipient

Search the list and use All, Bank accounts, or Contacts to narrow it. Open the bank filters to filter saved bank recipients by currency and category. Contact search matches names, email addresses, phone numbers and Glide tags. Choose the exact identifier you intend to pay.

Add a bank recipient

1

Choose the receiving currency

Open Recipients and choose Add. Search by currency name, code or destination country. Choose the destination and an available payment method when prompted.
2

Choose the account holder

Select a person or business, then enter the account-holder name to match the bank’s records. This is separate from a category such as Vendor, Contractor, Employee or Agent.
3

Enter bank details

Complete the fields for the selected payment method. Keep account numbers as written, including leading zeros.Other available Noah channels use their own required fields. The recipient’s residence and the bank destination country can differ; enter each where requested.
4

Save the recipient

Review the details and category before saving. Saving a recipient does not send money.

Edit, archive or send

Open a recipient’s details to edit bank information or archive the entry. Archiving removes it from the active list and preserves its history. Choose Send from the details to reuse that exact saved bank recipient. Review the current details and quote before confirming the transfer.

Contacts and bank accounts

Imported contacts contain names and payment identifiers, not bank instructions. Import from your phone, Google where available, or CSV. You can also type an email or phone number directly in Send without saving it first. Glide must resolve a contact payment to an existing, verified wallet before funding. An On Glide match is useful for discovery; it does not replace the checks performed when you send.
