Glide uses account, identity, transaction and technical information to provide services, verify access and support compliance checks. Read the KYC/AML & Privacy Policy and Data Retention Policy for the applicable terms.

Contact imports

You choose whether to import contacts. Phone contacts are read only after you select the import action and grant permission. Limited access is respected, and denying permission does not save contacts. Google Contacts, where available, asks for names, email addresses and phone numbers. It does not request Gmail inbox access. Google access tokens stay in browser memory; Glide receives the contact details you choose to save. CSV imports save the contact identifiers selected through the import flow. Saved contacts belong to your account, and imports deduplicate identifiers. Importing does not send a message or initiate a payment. See Import contacts for quick import and individual selection.

Wallet backup

Private-key export happens inside Privy’s secure dialog after email confirmation. Glide does not receive the exported key. EVM and Solana exports are separate. See Wallet backup. Keep exported keys out of support messages, screenshots and shared files.

Connected partners

You control the permissions granted to a connected partner. Manage partner access on the Integrations page. Revoking a grant stops future authorized access; it does not reverse completed payments. Partner consent covers personal data and does not expose your business-entity data. See Users and consent.

Requests and corrections

Use your profile’s Personal details screens to edit supported fields. For privacy questions or requests for access, correction or deletion, follow the contact instructions in the Privacy Policy. Some records must be retained under applicable requirements. A deletion request does not guarantee immediate removal of all identity or transaction records.
